If there are any issues, please contact the Corporate Office at 309-278-8000. A service order will be issued, and an installer will go to your location to fix the issue. You must provide pictures of the problem areas before our installers head out.

Lead times depend on a few factors. If you have your foundation ready and have acquired any necessary permits from your city and county, the lead time is approximately four weeks. Lead time waiting period starts the moment you approve and sign the quote.
